By using desi65 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

By creating or using a desi65 account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are using this platform of your own free will. Allowing minors to use desi65 is strictly prohibited by law, and we enforce this policy without exception.

• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of a conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

• Selling or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same household or address to claim bonuses.
• Engaging in obscene, hateful, or threatening behaviour on the Platform.

Desi65 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms, suspicious activity, provision of false information, or legal requirements.

Users may also close their own account at any time. Contact our support team to request self-exclusion. Any attempt to open a new account during an active self-exclusion period will result in that account being closed as well.

• Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
